Updates for VistaDB and Firebird released

We released today two updates for VistaDB and Firebird.

VistaDB
We had an issue with the AutoNumber properties. They weren't working properly in the older versions.

Firebird
We switched now to the .NET 2.0 provider for Firebird. Make sure to have that provider installed when working with the new Firebird storage of Opf3. A bug in the FirebirdCommandBuilder.BuildInsertQuery method was also fixed.
